Rest assured, we aim to please. If for some reason you don't fall head over heels with your purchase we offer a store credit or exchange within 14 days from the date you received your package. Below are the guidelines.
- Return requests must be made through our RETURNS PORTAL
- Once the item is returned to us in the condition described below we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and begin processing your exchange or store credit.
- Returns for store credit or Exchange request merchandise need to include the original packaging, tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.
- You have 14 days after delivery to request a return for an exchange or store credit.
- It's important to note that shipping costs are not covered by The BRAND label unless the reason for the return was due to an error on our part. In those cases we will email you a return label.
- Please allow 3 business days after the item is returned for the exchange/store credit to be processed.
- For exchanges we offer a discounted reshipment fee of $7.99 USD which is due prior to reshipment of the exchanged item. An invoice will be sent to you for the reshipment fee.
